Position: Paid Advertising Specialist

Responsibilities:

Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to promote Root’s ERP and digital solutions.

Define precise target audiences and continuously analyze campaign data to optimize performance and maximize reach.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure maximum ROI for all campaigns.

Conduct A/B testing to refine creatives, messaging, and targeting, improving overall campaign effectiveness.

Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain Root’s competitive edge.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (such as Sales and Product Development) to align campaign strategies with company goals.

Manage advertising budgets effectively and analyze spend patterns to maintain cost-efficiency while maximizing results.

Provide regular, data-driven reports on campaign performance and market trends, along with actionable insights.

Enhance audience targeting strategies to ensure the right message reaches the right people at the right time.

Develop and implement strategies to grow Root’s customer base through innovative paid marketing efforts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and advertising platforms to leverage new opportunities and maximize campaign success.
